Owners Michael & Le’ah Jackson have pride in calling Metro Detroit, home. Together, they have a combined 25+ years of experience in commercial food service - both governmental and privately held companies. Le’ah has experience as a Food Service Director within government agencies, before transitioning to a more rewarding career assisting seniors as a Medicare insurance agent. Michael worked as a chef with Westin Hotels, as well as several concept restaurants throughout metro Detroit, before becoming a Food Service Director in long term care facilities.
