Meet Your New Haven Personal Chef

Personal Chef Nicole Satin began her career working in a kitchen on campus while attending the University of Connecticut in 1988. She then attended and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1991. After spending some time working at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich Ct. and working in Manhattan, she then was hired for a national corporate dining company, Flik Hospitality where she worked for about 25 years in many capacities, including Culinary Project Manager, Chef Manager, and Corporate Executive Chef. In addition to corporate dining and private school dining, Nicole also trained chefs in Flik’s senior living accounts.

Nicole has always been active volunteering in her community, including cooking and delivering meals to seniors. Combining her love for volunteer work and culinary skills is a perfect blend as a Chefs for Seniors Owner. She loves providing meals for seniors in Southbury, Cheshire, and North Haven as well as the rest of New Haven County.
